Everything is great Ketki our tour manager is well knowledgeable and she explained everything before 1 day ahead about wether feel like ketki is family member she take care everything and everyone . 10 out of 10 Ketki is the best we all love her.Coach captain Gohar is great he did excellent driving and he help everyone personally and he explained us too 10 out of 10 . Om Prakashbhai make for us everyday different food and testy 3 times more then we eat at home he is working hard in cold in small truck 10 out of 10. Aslambhai is helping to kitchen with everything he is great hard working and happy to do everything 10 out of 10. And owner of coach Malikbhai is nice to let us take to see Northan light at time time coach is so comfortable 10 out of 10 And we been using Hallmark since so long Manojbhai always take care everything things 10. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations.They went above and beyond the set itinerary—taking us to breathtaking views and hidden gems we would have never experienced on our own. Every day was thoughtfully planned, yet filled with surprises that made the trip extra special. One of the biggest delights was the food—delicious breakfasts (Indian chai & breakfast - even though it wasn’t included in the package, they graciously provided it), along with healthy lunches and dinners every single day. This level of care and attention made us feel truly valued.The heart of our experience, though, was having the best tour manager we could ever ask for - Dhwani. She wasn’t just a guide; she became a friend and truly a lifelong family member to all of us. Her warmth, professionalism, and passion made the journey even more memorable.And of course, traveling on their comfortable coach with the safest and most reliable driver gave us complete peace of mind. Everything went very smooth and they handled our requests and suggestions to the best of their abilities. They truly became friends by the end of the trip.
